The Manager of Financial Reporting is responsible for preparing consolidated F/S in accordance with IFRS, Regulatory reporting, Procedures and Controls, and Financial Transactions at Foreign operations. The Manager of Financial Reporting reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

Process Manager

Minera San Rafael, the Guatemala operating company of Tahoe Resources Inc., is seeking a qualified PROCESS MANAGER at its Escobal mine in Santa Rosa Department, Guatemala. Tahoe Resources Inc. is a publicly listed (TSX: THO, NYSE:TAHO) company led by experienced mining professionals focused on becoming a leading producer of precious metals in the Americas. The company’s flagship Escobal mine is located in southeastern Guatemala, approximately 70 km from Guatemala City, and easily accessible by paved highway with great infrastructure and near the municipality of San Rafael las Flores.

The Process Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient and environmentally sensitive operation and technical service of an ore crushing, grinding and flotation plant including all metallurgical and analytical laboratory functions. As a member of the senior management team, this position is accountable for meeting or exceeding all budgeted production, safety and environmental compliance objectives.

Mine Planning Engineer

Reporting to the Manager of Mine Planning and Engineering, the Mine Planning Engineer will lead, train and mentor national engineers and technicians in the preparation of short and medium term mine planning for the 3,500 tpd underground operation. An important aspect of the role will be effective interaction with other experienced personnel in the engineering, geology and operations departments for the continued implementation of mine design and engineering processes and procedures which meet or exceed industry standards for safe, productive,  low-cost operations and which maximize the return on the investment.

During the production start-up, and until local technical resources and engineering procedures are sufficiently developed, the role will require hands on participation in the preparation of short term designs, plans and schedules for the operation. In time, it is envisaged that the role will have a more medium term planning focus with on-going supervision of short term planning activities.

Chief Mine Engineer

The Chief Mine Engineer reports directly to the General Manager.
