In close cooperation with business and community leaders, and local and federal governments, we directly contribute to the economic and social development of the communities in which we operate. Environmental responsibility, social initiatives and economic contributions are the pillars of our strategy to develop prosperous communities which endure beyond the life of the mine. We spent $2 million in our CSR efforts in 2013, emphasizing local infrastructure, agriculture, potable water, waste management, nutrition, education and health.
