Qualified Person Statement
All technical material on this website has been reviewed by Tahoe’s Technical Services Director Charles Muerhoff, a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.
PEA Cautionary Note
Investors are cautioned that the PEA is considered preliminary in nature and includes mineral resources, including inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves. Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves have not yet demonstrated economic viability. Due to the uncertainty that may be attached to mineral resources, it cannot be assumed that all or any part of a mineral resource will be upgraded to mineral reserves. Therefore, there is no certainty that the results concluded in the PEA will be realized.
Quality Control and Assurance
Exploration drill samples were prepared by BSI Inspectorate Laboratories in Guatemala City and analyzed by BSI Inspectorate Laboratories in Reno, Nevada. A Quality Control program of blind reference standards, blanks, and duplicates is used to monitor the integrity of the analytical results, with duplicate assaying performed by ALS Chemex in Vancouver, BC and Reno, Nevada. Metallurgical sample analyses were completed by ALS Chemex, with additional duplicate analyses performed by FLSmidth Dawson Metallurgical in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Detailed descriptions and results of Tahoe’s exploration drilling, sampling and analytical procedures, Qa/Qc programs, and resource estimation methodology can be found on this website or on SEDAR.
